All designs, strategies, and branding materials created remain the property of Cuong Branding LLC until full payment is received. Clients are granted usage rights upon completion and payment.
Cuong Branding LLC will protect any confidential information shared by clients and expects clients to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive materials or strategies provided.
Cuong Branding LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.
